5. Transformer text effect
Transformers - more than meets the eye. Simple text effect right? Right. It was really simple. And I have to give props to the dood who made this tutorial. He made it very easy to follow and also taught me a lot of neat shortcuts.

Actually, there's a flaw. If you look at the bigger version, you see that the corners of the letters are jagged! This is actually because the instructions are for a smaller size, and if you use arrow keys to move in photoshop, the distance moved is not absolute but depends on how zoomed you are. In the case of this 1680x1050 file (size of my desktop), I had to zoom out a lot to see the whole thing. So this caused the move to be relatively large, not that I could notice it zoomed out.
Usually I would've skimmed for these types of things before I publish or go back and fix it, but nah. This was simple and short, and it's not too bad. So let's keep it and learn from it. Plus it's pretty cool jagged.
